Reset recreates only these synthetic examples and their investigations. Reset immediately before recording: the pending refund has a real two-minute policy deadline.

Last prepared Oct 30, 2026, 14:32 UTC. Pending example due Oct 30, 2026, 14:40 UTC on the demo business clock.

90-second recording sequence

  1. 0–15 seconds — Expected outcomes. Open All outcomes and show the 8 verified examples, two business violations, pending work and the evidence gap.
  2. 15–35 seconds — Silent failure. Open the wrong-payment case. Compare the requested refund with the referenced payment and the refund found on another payment.
  3. 35–50 seconds — Independent evidence. Select Evidence. Show the failed checks and retained source records. The investigator receives business records, not application telemetry.
  4. 50–80 seconds — Autonomous RCA. Select Experiments. Re-run the investigation to show the actual engine executing; inspect competing hypotheses, completed experiments and their results.
  5. 80–90 seconds — Finding and limits. Show the supported diagnosis and reproduction evidence. Keep the visible replay assumptions and historical-attribution limit.

If the investigation takes longer, trim the waiting time in the recording. The displayed runs and results come from executed experiments; the demo does not manufacture progress or diagnoses.
